"Absolutely loved my stay here! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Receptionists were great and made my stay feel comfortable and safe. The hotel is safe too for solo travellers, you yous a card to get in the elevator so no intruders can just go in. Is about a 1 minute walk from the old town square too which was very good! My hotel room was huge! It was very clean and immaculate. I can’t wait to return again. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now when visiting krakow. "

Staff were absolutely amazing went above and beyond to help you, nothing was a bother to make sure you had what you needed. Would most definitely recommend this aparthotel without any doubt at all."
