We stayed here for 2 nights, enjoyed every second of it, staff are extremely helpful, they came and pick us up af Arima Onsen station, arrived within 5 minutes of the call, staff welcomed us in the hotel with some small snack and cold tea, whilst the receptionist were explaining everything to us, our luggages were carried to our room. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tocen Goshoboh yesterday and would highly recommend it!

Loved my 1st onsen experience. Staff were hugely welcoming, excellent layout of hotel. Loved the Japanese traditional tatami & futon bedroom, complimentary snacks and daily green tea & sweet experience. The 3 onsens where excellent, clean & offered a huge range of toiletries to use. The traditional in room multiple course dinner was amazing with Kobe beef! I would definitely visit again!

We had a great experience in this hotel. The front desk staff came out from the lobby to give us a warm welcome. He also took us to our room, showed us the hotel facilities and introduced the dinner and breakfast arrangement.
Dinner was kaiseki style and it was served in our room. The lady who served our dinner was attentive. She also made our bed after dinner. Breakfast was traditonal style and it was served in the breakfast room.

the hotel provides shuttle bus service which is convenient, fair bit of walk from the hotel to the main street but you won't mind if the weather is good. Dinner is served in your room. if you're not in those rooms with private hot spa you can book yourself one with additional charge but reasonable. staffs are friendly. like the message chair in the room.

Great place with friendly helpful staff. Not a lot of English spoken but that's okay. Close to Arima's waterfall and ropeway. Nice hotspring baths including an outdoor bath. Wonderful food and drink - try the Suzune sparkling sake, it matches well with the food.
