"Fantastic property. The staff at the front desk could be a bit less robotic and learn a more friendly demeanor, otherwise everything about the property was amazing. "

"Breakfast was decent with a good variety. Spa was fairly good although pool closed. Was not advised of any VIP benefits which is disappointing.
Staff were excellent at reception, friendly and offered early check-in and late check out.
Well located near metro, bus stop and wothin walking distance to main sights. Safe area and clean. "

"This is a lovely hotel, in the heart of Almaty. We enjoyed our time here, all except for the two lengthy power outages that seem to be a common affliction here. All-in-all a pleasant stay with comfortable beds, a decent shower, and a wonderful breakfast."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was clean, safe, and quiet. A lovely lady named Aruzhan kindly helped us get an early breakfast. The food was excellent, and the service was great. The air conditioning worked perfectly too! I highly recommend this place"

"This was an excellent place to stay if you are a solo traveller and looking for a convenient location and a comfortable bed with breakfast provided. It is clean and friendly. "
"The room was neat and clean, and we appreciated the very nice towels and linens. We also really liked it. There were fresh water stations on every floor. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. A small café downstairs a very good latte!"
"It was our last day of the long journey.
Quiet! Clean! Comfortable!
There was nothing to complain!
If I got another chance to visit Almaty, I would book your Hotel.
Thank you! "
"The hotel was an outstanding one 30 years ago. Now they just one of good ones. Management works hard to make the stay good, but staff is a bit out of ground. Thay could not help me taxi ordering for in city travelling. One more example: I paid 3 nights and did not have a single breakfast due to late arrival and early leave. At 10:35 I asked just for coffee and been refused."
