"Villa Kayahan is very well maintained with a fabulous pool area. The villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 8 people with separate en suites for each bedroom. Only thing worth noting is that it is a longer than perhaps expected walk to the town/restaurants etc for eating out so we used taxis to and from (approx 100 TL each way). There is a good local shop for all basic needs approx a 10 minute walk away. Very good comms with the owner. "

"We stayed for 11 nights in October. Communication with Colin was great from the start, he sorted out transfers from airport which madd the journey really smooth. The villa is beautiful and really well-maintained and equipped. It is situated with a perfect view of Babadag mountain and just far enough from town to be peaceful. It's just a short stroll into town where there are so many bars, restaurants and shops, you will never run out of options. "

"This villa is exceptional. Beautiful decor and everything you need is available. Air conditioning was really effective. Large pool cleaned daily and the day bed got a big thumbs up! Fantastic, quiet location with mountain views.Local shops and a good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Beach is 10 minute drive away. The owners, Craig and Sue are so approachable - nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and would happily book again. Thank you...

"The Villa was lovely, all rooms were very spacious and there was everything you needed. The pool and garden area was clean and well looked after. The location of the Villa was perfect, walking distance to Calis Beach and shops and more restaurants even more local. Ann the owner was very helpful with any query we had and got things sorted very quickly. Would definitely use the Villa again."
