In a good location. 10 min walk to the warfe, the old market or the fresh market. Room was a good size and a/c works well. A small balcony on my room for smokers. The only downside was that there was no bolt on the door so you had to lock the room while inside with the key. Once you take the key out of the room switch to lock it unlock at night, the lights go off and you can't see where the lock is. Phone flashlight worked.

Good location but bad smell of drains

The hotel was cheap and service was okay what let it down was the drains smelled bad and bathroom could have done with an update. Good location and price was its plus points

Great Budget Option Centrally Located

We were spending the night in Fethiye en route to somewhere else and this was a good budget option in the area. You are about a 15 minute walk to the bus station and also not a far walk to the marina area where there are loads of restaurants,etc... About a 10 minute walk to a big Migros supermarket. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the internet connection was good.

We had a fantastic two-night stay at this hotel, thanks to the staff's exceptional kindness. The gentleman at the reception was especially helpful when my wife injured her foot at the beach, providing everything needed to treat the wound. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to everything nearby. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily return in the future.

We stayed at this hotel 4 wks.It is central to transport,shops, dining,old town,the bay,Tue market,rock tombs & castle.We got to know the reception & breakfast/room servicing staff very well.Sercan,Halil,Ramazan & Mert provided info & accommodated all of our requests(laundry rack,extra pillows & hangers,investigating smoking in other guest rooms (non-smoking hotel),a couple of fixture repairs).A safety deposit box was in the room with refundable key deposit;small fridge with icebox,soap dispensers by sink & shower.The television had multiple Turkish & German channels,a couple of English channels & a French & Arabic channel.There was air conditioning & we booked a room with an enclosed balcony.Lena & Fatma worked extremely hard to provide a varied Turkish breakfast:super scrambled egg! non-pork sausages,breaded chicken bites,cheese pastry straws,cooked courgette & aubergine,chips,boiled eggs,tomato, cucumber,white cheese,cheese slices, olives,melon,satsumas,bread,jam, chocolate spread,Turkish tea,instant coffee,hot choc,milk,water(fruit & veg were fresh & flavoursome).The breakfast room is at the top of the hotel with panoramic views of the mountains,tombs & castle.There is no elevator,only stairs.Rooms are on the ground & 1st floor.Lena & Fatma also worked extremely hard to service/clean rooms & public areas.We wish to say a huge thank you to all staff for making us feel so welcome & comfortable.We were extextremely sad to leave & look forward to returning in the near future.

Nefis is a modren and clean hotel. Conveniently located for our dental clinic visit. Although rooms are on the small size but sufficient for a double bed. Above all staff are friendly and helpfull specially the kind lady on the reception. Will visit this hotel again.

So lovely hotel!

This hotel has perfect location. Just 15 minutes by walking from the bus station and city center, fish market and marina, it's so important if you travel without a car. Hotel is very clean and cozy, room is very comfortable. The most impotant thing in winter time is the hotel is warm and dry, every room has air condition and calorifer. Very nice breakfast incuded even fresh green and nice view from terrace. Friendly stuff ) I strongly recommend this hotel!

Small hotel on one of surprisingly busy streets for a resort town like Fethie. Quite far from the walking areas along the sea. On the other hand, there is a view into mountain sculptures right from the terrace.
