Amazing as normal . Love this place

We have used this hotel many times and it is always 5 star Unfortunately the price is now “up there” and it has to be a treat Highly recommended on all scores

Great property with easy, walkable access to all the main tourist areas. Everything was very clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, and the valet parking service we used was convenient and worked perfectly

Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. There were a few aspects of the hotel that were dated or could use an upgrade like the hallway carpets in some areas were quite old and stained. The shower was very average and could also use an upgrade. I found the aircon very loud overnight which impacted sleep quality. There was also only shampoo in the shower, but no conditioner which was an inconvenient surprise. Other than these few areas of improvement we really enjoyed our stay and the value for money was great. The pool was relaxing! Most of the canapes in the Club lounge were delicious, although there were hot chips kept in a chafing dish and due to condensation they were completely soggy. Few spots to improve, but would still happily stay again

Britomart Hotel was the perfect venue for my birthday getaway. It was central with plenty of amazing dining options nearby and great service from the friendly staff. The facilities were immaculate and there were so many other patrons attending the concert I was also there to see.
