Waterfront Family Cottage with Hot Tub on Gull River, Ontario

  • A 1200 sqf family cottage on Gull River off Shadow lake with spectacular kids friendly beach & play area. Only 1.5 hours from the GTA.



    There is a large deck at the back of the cottage facing the water for entertaining & BBQ. Beautiful fire pit for hanging out with family and friends.



    Relax and enjoy the breathtaking water view while soaking in the high end Hot tub.



    Cottage is very spacious with 2 bedroom, 1 large bunkie and a common/bed space and a beautiful kitchen, fully equipped for a comfortable stay.



    ENCLOSED HOT TUB over looking the lake. Only available during the month May,June,Sep, Oct & Nov and a private beach !



    Cottage is located in a large lot with plenty of space for outdoor fun and games for Kids. There is a large deck for outdoor dining and a firepit for spending time with your family and friends under the stars.



    ** There is a room with single bed which is accessible from the kitchen, and has the access to the hot tub and outdoor space****
