"We loved our stay at this incredible property. The surroundings - birds, animals and nature - provided the perfect way to wind down. We didn't really need to go anywhere with the river to swim, paddle and fish in and the big deck to relax on. The house has large open living areas and there are lovely spots to sit around the property and just enjoy the nature around you. Our son caught a huge fish in the river - just a catfish but still exciting for him. We loved exploring the river with the kayaks provided. Highly recommend and hopefully we will be back for longer. "

"From the moment we arrived, Louise made us feel special. We had tea and cakes on the veranda looking out to rural scenes. The breakfast was excellent. I loved looking through their huge library and found an interesting book to read during my three-day stay. The Homestead was a very short walk to the famous Eumundi markets. I heartily recommend this B&B. "
