"This house was a perfect location to stay while looking for houses in the area. With prior approval, Mr Paul let us bring our 2 German Shepherds who absolutely LOVED the back yard! The yard is fully fenced and secure. Inside the home was of course the Arcade area which was attractive to our grown children who came to visit. The living room has a huuuuge Samsung TV which is the best tv out there in my opinion. Although ALLLLLL of the furniture seemed very small, I can’t complain too much because it served its purpose and I didn’t wake up feeling sore. The house was clean, the shower heads were great which is super important right?! being right by Katy Mills, lots of places to eat, shopping and of course HEB! As a fellow VRBO owner, I would recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay in the Katy area at a decent price. "

"my team only had one complaint the AC upstairs didn't work so i highly suggest that gets fixed. overall it was great though. the accuracy of the home, details, was huge. we spend a lot of money on every month on these rentals and more often then not the home description of beds available or space is inaccurate or is not what the pictures show. so thank you for being an honest host.
