Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they arranged a (free) very early check in when I was in transit from a motning flight. And also allowed me to take a full hot breskfast buffet when I arrived. Clean, modern, nice rooftop area to chill out/dine or dtink.

The property was ok. We arrived close to midnight and thought there is free shuttle as advertised, but when we called the hotel from the airport, they told us to take a taxi. Taxi driver was having hard time finding the hotel. Morning staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciate their hospitality. Rooftop has an amazing view.

Traditional Comfort, more than a hotel

Traditional Comfort specializes in serving people from other countries, foreigners, their kindness and professionalism are a perfect mix built for a wonderful stay while exploring the wonders of Nepal! The front desk operator, Ramesh Oli, is wonderful and very helpful! Do not hesitate to ask for nearby recommendations!

“Traditional” decor gave ambience to staying in Kathmandu vs everything too modern as in other hotels. Best of all was the staff! Friendly always ready to help. Only disappointment was the lack of variety options on the restaurant menu. I had all my meals at the hotel and in three days wished for more variety and sparkling water. Thank you, Laverne Davies

Lovely hotel, great staff

This is a lovely hotel in Kathmandu. We had a lovely welcome when we arrived and the communal areas are very nice places to sit. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, nicely decorated and have lovely bathrooms. There is good complimentary wifi access throughout the hotel, including in the rooms. You can either eat on the roof terrace or downstairs and both are great spaces, there is a good menu and the food is very good. I asked if a dish could be made vegetarian and the kitchen were happy to oblige. The roof terrace has a good view over Kathmandu. The hotel is in a good location, about a fifteen minute walk from Thamel - so close enough but far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

Staffs were very friendly and nice and Manager Tejaswi went extra mile to make sure that my stay in that hotel is excellent!!! Love their breakfast and I would definitely recommend this place to others however I didn’t like the fact that rooftop and it edges were filled of dust, I guess it might have come from KYM air pollution.
