"Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent most of our time there, so we were very happy that there were so many places to sit out there. The adjective cheery is appropriate. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Clean, comfortable and everything we needed for a great stay for my wife and I and our grown kids. W loved the location close to downtown and walking distance to Depot Park. Have had everything we needed to be comfortable and we saved money making breakfasts and lunches at the house.We had a great time in Gainesville seeing great live jazz, games at the Arcade Bar and a fabulous local food selection. "

"This is property is close to UF with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s a great place to stay for UF football games etc. The hot tub is big enough for two people. The owner was responsive to questions and flexible with our check in time. It was clean with plenty of towels and linens. "
