"Perhaps the best indoor pool of any hotel I have ever been in. The hot tub was hot, but like most hotel hot tubs, the jets were pretty wimpy. The breakfast is a standard "continental" with the nice addition of pre-made egg/cheese on an English muffin that can be microwaved. We will stay there again. "

"We stay at the The Prestige about once a year when visiting Kelowna the last few years. It is our 'go to' hotel because the service is great and the location is super as it is right on the lake front, close to all the restaurants / walkways etc. Stayed here twice in the last couple of weeks and received a 25% discount card for their breakfast which makes for a very good deal as the restaurant is very good (can recommend the eggs Benedict..). Next time I'm in Kelowna I will be staying there. The staff are great. There is a 'speakeasy' bar at the back of the hotel which has a retro atmosphere and the cocktails are super...."

"The security woman was amazing, she was incredibly kind and helpful. The front desk team was great as well and made everything easy. I ended up meeting some really awesome people staying there who turned into friends, which made the experience even better. The place was super comfortable and in a great location, close to everything. I would definitely stay here again"

"Clean rooms. Comfortable enough. It is a motel (doors facing outside) and I’m not convinced this is a great hotel for team sports (we came for a tournament). No central places to gather and pool Empty in April (probably to be expected but fyi). Staff were very nice. The breakfast deal isn’t actually a deal - no set times so at least 15 of our kids waited too long and had to buy elsewhere. 10 waited an hour at a table with no order taken and 5 others waited for 1.5 hrs only to be told their order was lost."

"Property is tired in many areas. Beds and bedding are not great. Definitely not up to the standard and price per night. Location however is great."
