Villa Lux with Heated Pool is a semi-detached villa. Thanks to thoughtful design, guests can enjoy large privacy. It boasts a modern and inviting design, ensuring relaxation and enjoyment. All rooms have soundproofing and air-conditioning.  The garden and the pool terrace are fully fenced.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals to savor indoors or alfresco. At your disposal, you also have a charcoal grill, perfect for preparing tasty meals.

Additionally, there's an indoor dining area and a pleasant living space.

One bedroom with a king-size bed and the private bathroom is also on the ground floor. Three bedrooms with their own bathrooms are on the first floor. All bedrooms feature a king-size bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm long). In one of the bedrooms on the upper floor, with prior notice, the king-size bed can be converted into twin beds. This is always a good addition for a group of friends. Furthermore, for infants or toddlers, we can provide a baby cot free of charge. Please inform us upfront.

For entertainment and fun, provided are table soccer, table tennis and PlayStation. SUP board is available free of charge, and you are allowed to take it with you to the beach.
