"It exceeded our expectations! Free parking right in front, recently renovated-awesome and staff were great! The breakfast buffet was not available early and we had to leave to catch a ferry, so a kind staff member made us scrambled eggs!! Very much appreciated!!! And we made our ferry :-) The air conditioning was not working however we could open a window which worked just fine. And the lovely church bells ring regularly!"

"Even though the restaurant was closed for renovation, there was a fabulous breakfast and there were some cold food options for the rest of the day. Staff was very helpful about places to see in yhe area and other places to dine. We were upgraded to a beach view room without even asking and it was fantastic!"

"The villa is beautifully appointed. We were comfortable throughout our stay. The garden with heated pool is a delight with areas to sit out of the sun if required. There are some good restaurants nearby. The villa is convenient for the airport (16mins drive). Split by train is very easy. The station is 8 minutes walk away. Also convenient for visiting sites nearby. We were very happy. The villa is difficult to find as it is best entered from another road other than the true address! (The villa has 2 gates!). "Excellent backdrop to the property "

"We were a group of six adults looking for a comfortable villa with private pool in a relatively quiet location and a few restaurants nearby. Villa Lukas was the perfect choice. Mate, our host, was helpful in organising our airport transfer and we were extremely appreciative of his kind offer of a supermarket run so we could stock up on essential items for our stay. We did a mixture of eating out and self cartering, so further trips were made to the supermarket on foot as it was only a 10 minute stroll to the nearest one. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary crockery and utensils. Accomodation has an excellent layout with three good sized double bedrooms and a large open social living room/kitchen dinner. The pool area was also excellent with enough comfortable sun beds for all of us plus two outside eating areas. The icing on the cake was the use of a large six seater hot tub, perfect for an evening in to just chill out. We hired a car for a couple of days to explore the local area and would recommend a trip to Krka national park and also Split marina for a stroll around the old town area which has beautiful buildings and quaint alleyways. Plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes to choose from. All in all, a wonderful holiday at a great location and superb host. Thanks Mate"

"Owner is a very friendly and helpful. Location is actually pretty good, despite an obvious distance from split. Not far from the water. Food is great. Laundry is cheap and good. "
