A fine stay at the hotel. Situated near the Bahnhof. The Bergpark was the main reason for the trip to Kassel.

Stayed for 3 nights to attend the Christmas markets and see a few museums. Was easy to walk to these. Room was quite large for European standards. Breakfast was varied and quite filling. Will stay again when the need arises.

Do NOT stay here.

This hotel is located in a sketchy area, with an "adult entertainment club" across the street. I was very closely approached by one man for money and another man followed me into the hotel after obnoxiously whistling behind me. My towel was placed back on the rack after I had used it. This was really gross. Perhaps the most unprofessional thing was when the staff did NOT honour my request for a wake-up call TWICE. One day they phoned over 40 minutes later and on the day of my departure I could have missed my train since they NEVER CALLED. The woman with the blond hair never apologised about these errors and needs to work on her customer service skills. The young man with Syrian heritage was kind and professional. He is the only reason why I am not giving this hotel the lowest rating.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer im Dachgeschoss, wo es aufgrund der sommerlichen Hitze extrem warm war, so dass sich zumindest die erste Nacht anfühlte, als würde man in einer Sauna schlafen. Die Badezimmer waren groß, geräumig und neu, die Zimmereinrichtung jedoch könnte eine Überholung gebrauchen. Herausgerissen haben es letztlich das sehr freundliche Personal und das gute Frühstücksbuffet.

Sehr freundliches Personal und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Haus und Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Tägliche Wasserflsche kostenlos auf dem Zimmer. Umfangreiches und sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffett. Leider sehr alte und abgewohnte Einrichtung und hoher Instandhaltungsstau. Schlechte Beleuchtung im Badezimmer und auf den Hotelfluren. Alte Holzfenster, daher sehr laute Straßengeräusche, keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit im Zimmer.

Das Erdgeschoss und der Aufenthaltsraum mit Schach/Billardtisch im Stil einer Gentleman's Bar ist echt mega schön und die Sessel sehr bequem! Die Bedienung war auch auf Zack und sehr freundlich. Die Flure zu den Zimmern sind durch die Farbauswahl etwas dunkel aber haben Charm. Alles in allem für ein paar Nächte absolut ausreichend.

Das wunderbare Jugendstilhotel ist jedes mal eine Freude.Im Herrenzimmer Billard, gemütliche Sessel und Ruhe zum lesen.Die Zimmer schön groß. Großes Bad, für jeden Waschbecken und Spiegel. Sehr nettes Personal, was gerne auf Wünsche eingeht.Gemütlich und man fühlt sich aufgehoben.
