I Loved the fact that the train station was literally around the corner next to the hotel, the best way to travel around Tokyo is by trains, it's very cheap and convenient. Dealing with the lost and found on Japan rail possible without the help of the staff. After attempting to get our phone back from day, one the only way this was facilitated was helpful communication from the staff of the hotel to the Rail company.

"Very close to Ueno line, which gets you everywhere, and the neighborhood had 7/11, Lawson and grocery store within a block. The staff were amazing and helpful. The property was clean, beautiful, safe - we enjoyed the breakfast and the laundry service. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a nice tv and Bluetooth speaker. "
