"Very enjoyable stay, great food and modern rooms"

"The room was very bad, there was no staff and the condition of the “hotel” was atrocious. At night there was random screaming from all around, like it was mad max. The heating was terrible and the room was cold all night. Couldn’t sleep much at all and decided right there to switch to a real hotel. Idk who took the photos but they did a great job tricking customers into thinking that this was a decent place. Absolutely awful, basically a silent hill experience. "

"Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort. "We stayed one night in the Royal Suite with its own hotspring bathtub in the room. Didn’t realize it at the time of booking but it comes with the best dining seating location which gives the best view of the lush and tranquil garden, free private hot springs downstairs, and a huge suite room. Kaiseki dinner was just exquisite and delicious as well as the breakfast next morning. Almost like a fine dining experience. "Very nice accomomations here, you can park a small car (size: Toyota Yaris) at your accomodation. The inside looks very clean and modern but also has a japanese style living room and table, the shower and bath were really spacious, everything was great except for the bed. he bed was super squeeky like really made alot of noise when moving about. It also was quite firm but we didnt mind that, others might. It did have bed heating tho. "

Open air onsen was very nice Only issue was, there was no toilet inside the room which things a bit interesting at night when the human nature was calling.
