"【改善してほしいところ】・ゴミの分別がわからない人もいるかと思った。「燃えるゴミ・リサイクルゴミ・不燃ゴミ」としか書いてなかったが、「瓶・缶・ペットボトル」それぞれどこにどうやって捨てるかも記載してほしい。・皿は茶碗系が無くて、平皿の大きさ違いが3種類あった。フライパン、鍋が豊富にあって良かった。鍋敷きがない。・キッチンのタオル掛けがほしい。洗い物をした後に手を拭くタオルをかけられない。・音が響く。リビングが2階にあり階段が吹き抜けのようになっていて、下の部屋まで音が響きやすい。・風呂自動運転をしたら、お湯が止まらず溢れてしまっていた。お湯をはる時は気をつけて見ておく。・机、椅子など至る所に角がたくさんあり、子どもがぶつかると怖いなと思った。【最高だったところ】・近くに西松屋やドラッグストアもあり、子ども連れだったがすぐに買い物に行けて、万が一何か忘れ物があってもなんとかなる！朝は歩いてすぐのパン屋さんに買いに行ける！割と近くにいろんな店があって良かった！・部屋もきれい、お風呂トイレもとても綺麗で気持ちよかった！・洗濯機を使えるところが安心！"

"今回、夫婦と愛犬がお世話になりました。長崎市内観光に、ペットと同宿出来るところ、中心部へのアクセスがよいところが気に入り、初めて利用させていただきました。オーナーさんが笑顔で出迎えてくださり、ご自身も愛犬家ということで室内に入り驚くことばかりでした。こだわりのあるモロッカンスタイルの備品や家具。愛犬家ならではのペットに必要な備品まで完備され、ワンコのコスプレ衣裳まで並び、浴室は新しく、ドライヤーなど高級ホテル仕様。冷蔵庫にはアイスまでサービスしていただきました。ベッドも大きく、静かな立地でゆっくりと休むことが出来ました。チェックアウト時にはパンとジュースまで用意してくださり、オーナー様の優しさと気づかいが素晴らしかったです。長崎の夜景やスタジアムは素敵でしたが、モロッコさんに宿泊出来たことが一番の良き思い出になりました。また、長崎に行く時は是非よろしくお願いいたします。このたびはありがとうございました。"

"家族で宿泊しました。グリーランドの目の前にあり、周辺にはドラックストアやコンビニもあり便利です。2階部分が寝室で子ども達が場所取りするなど楽しそうに過ごしてました。リビングに全員で集まると少々狭く感じましたが、キッチン設備の充実、お風呂やトイレも綺麗で快適で満足です。施設担当の方も問い合わせに丁寧に対応してくださりました。"

"Stayed here for 2 nights in Feb 2026. We booked an accessible twin room but it was definitely not considered accessible by ADA standards. Hotel is quite dated and run down. Staff (Willey) at the reception on check in was not very personable/customer service oriented. I'm not sure if it was a language barrier as the staff barely know any English. He was also very timid and spoke so softly I could barely hear him. Also, be warned that there is a mandatory "onsen" fee of ¥150 per person, per night. This must be paid regardless of if you use the onsen. I found this rather to be a cash grab since it should only be charged to guests who actually use the onsen. We ended up with a gigantic room by Japanese standards. There were only two single size beds (twin) but a huge tatami area with 2 futons that you could set up which is perfect for toddlers/kids area. The bathroom was very small though. I feel like they should have given the bathroom a bit more space and the room less space to balance it out. Our bathroom was so old that there was not dedicated faucet for the bathtub/shower. The water for bathing/showering is run from the sink so you have to switch a lever to get the water to go from the sink to the tub. It was also leaky. The room was relatively clean but I think the age of the hotel really shows. Interesting thing is there is a goat on the property just outside the main entrance. You can feed it in the morning. "

"Excellent traditional experience, onsen is great and the traditional food sets (both breakfast and dinner) are very nice. Only problems I had overall were maintaince going on during my stay (landscaping and some light building work), and some parts of the building are showing their age (especially in the onsen and lobby areas). Bonus note, some of the hole in the wall restaurants nearby are excellent and the rual area nearby is great for a break from the big cities (it has that fresh air countryside feel)."
