Clean hotel with a slight hill to negotiate

The room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Although not a full sea view room, the outlook from our balcony was pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a steep hill but is walkable and I am over my mid-60s.

Spent few days in Kas, beautiful place. Apartments was good had everything for your stay. Easy access, parking the only thing was walking up the hill. Accidentally locked ourselves out but staff helped very quick.

The view from the room was amazing - we could see the whole Kas. It was beautiful. Wifi was very slow. Unfortunately, its a common theme in most not so expensive hotels here.

Exceptional Stay!

Even though I stayed one night, I wished I could have stayed longer! Very updated and although a steep walk up/down the street, it was very close to everything! Very clean. Loved having the washer and small terrace area! Would highly recommend!

Comfortable and clean property in great condition. Perfect location in a quiet area 5-10 minutes walk from the city centre. Kind and accommodating staff. I appreciated the in-suite laundry. Free parking on their street (easy to find a spot in early November but may not be guaranteed during busy season).

I stayed 5 nights at Bella Kaş in a Deluxe Studio. The view of the town from the room was beautiful, and there’s a kitchen, which is excellent if you prefer to cook your meals (though I didn’t use it). However, the room wasn’t properly cleaned when I checked in, and there was no hot water in the mornings. Since it’s not a hotel, rooms are only cleaned once a week, and the uphill walk to the building can be challenging, especially the last 50 meters. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful, but I think you can find more comfort and services by spending a little more elsewhere. I travel to Kaş twice yearly and do not wish to stay there again.

Location was excellent! Staff was responsive to our needs. The property does need to be renovated, and it shows in some areas (paint, doors, ceiling). However it's nothing major, especially when you're on vacation and the location/views are incredible!

The room that we were given was not properly prepared. On the day of arrival, there was no gas for cooking and, critically, no HOT WATER for showers. Although these issues were fixed on the second day after multiple liaisons with the staff, it still gave us a poor experience. I would say this accommodation is not suitable for family groups.

Araç park yeri bulmak zor.Kaş merkeze yakin ancak dik bir yokuş var.Odada kocaman sigara içilmez yazsada çöp kutusu izmarit doluydu ve pis kokuyordu.Duş başlığı kırık olarak tutturulmuş suyu açınca kafama geldi.Allahtan plastikti.Klima yatağın karşında ve sağa sola dönmüyor kırıktı.üstümüze üflemesin dedik.Camı açtık müzik sesi geç vakitlere kadar devam etti.Olumlu tek yanı manzarasıydı.Kaldığımız oda Batı cephesiydi güneş odanın içindeydi ancak gün batımını izlemek güzeldi.Çalışanlar sorunlarımıza karşı duyarlı davrandılar ama bu kadar olumsuzluk iyi olmadı.

Konakladığımız oda temizdi ve çamaşır makinesi mevcuttu. Standart oda olmasına rağmen çok güzel bir deniz manzarası vardı. Çalışanlar çok ilgililerdi. Çok memnun ayrıldık.

Bebekli tatil

Ailecek kalmak için çok ideal. Çok temizdi. Sakin kendi halimizde tatilimizi yaptık. Bebek için gerekli yatak vs biz götürdüğümüz için istemedik belki veriyorlardır bilmiyorum. Ama konum falan süperdi. Tavsiye ederim. Ayrıca dekorasyonu da çok hoştu.
