"This is the second time we stay at this beautiful place. Great location, comfortable rooms, good food, and most importantly amazing staff that always go the extra mile to make your stay a special one. Special thanks go to Mr. José Mendez who always makes sure that all guests are having a wonderful time. "No heating inside the room even after complaining at the reception, they gave me a little device to warm up the room but the noise was horrible. Couldn't sleep. No hot hoter when trying to shower - it happened on my last night. Also have some photos from lack of cleaning. Being a frequent user of Expedia, I expect a full return of money from this extremely bad experience."
