"The airport shuttle was easy to find but only runs on the hour. So call ahead so they know you are coming. Staff was so nice and accommodating. The rooms could use an upgrade but the bed was comfy. Overall a great stay because the staff was so attentive and nice."

"Hotel is 20 to 30 minutes from Ezaiza Buenos Aires Airport. Not 10-mins as the sales blurb on Hotels.com states. Taxis cost USD $50.00 each way.
The 'hotel' is in a crummy neighbourhood where I could not even find a supermarket to buy water and something to eat. The hotel sold me a 330ml (small) bottle of water and two packets of biscuits.
There is a swimming pool, but I would not dare to swim in it for fear of parasites or Legionnela. If the cleanliness of the bathroom is anything to go...
