"This hotel doesn’t have basic conditions to be as a hotel, no hot water, leaking toilet, dirty blanket, no cups or glasses in the room , plus, the room door could not lock well, I have to use our baggage to make the door closed, while no help could get. We arrived around 11pm, the front desk staff did not know our reservation, could not find our reservation, also not understanding any English to communicate, and I had to use gestures, drawing pictures to communicate . Thus, I suggest to delete...

However, breakfast should start earlier given the hotel’s close proximity to the airport. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided in the form of sachets seems very cheap for a 4-star hotel, no moisturiser cream provided either. "
