"This was our fourth stay at the Fiesta and any time we are in the “heart of Santo Domingo” this is THE place for us to stay. We love the staff, the rooms are very nice, especially if you get the renovated floors (the unrenovated feel like the late 1990’s although they are clean and the beds are definitely new). The included breakfast is delicious, pool area is really nice and the location to important sites is as good as it can be for Santo Domingo traffic. This hotel does an EXCELLENT job of taking care of its customers and we plan to stay here again…"

"Very nice apartment located in a very safe residential building with 24 hour security you can walk to the beautiful Mirador park to do your daily exercise. It’s close to everything and yet very quiet at night. The apartment is well decorated and equipped. The hosts are very responsive if you need them. I highly recommend this place."

"Upon checking on 02/17/2026 at the front desk, i was told to wait and to have a seat in the lobby. After about 25 minutes i was told that i would be charged for two towels that had irreversible stains on them. i explained that i did not use their towels and that i had brought my on beach towels. At that point I did not have time to go back up to the room to investigate this matter do to the fact that my uber ride was do to show up at any minute and i had to get to the airport. i was subsequently charged almost 3,000 pesos, which is over $40 US dollars. In all of the hotels that i have stayed in, all over the world i have never heard of being charged for a towel, especially at this exorbitant,unreasonable, fruadulent rate. if they did this to me im sure the is probably a normal practice of theirs. i will not ever stay there again!"
