"I recently stayed at Torre Armonia 24 and overall the experience was decent. The location was good, the price was fair for the area, and overall the apartment itself was fine for my stay. My main issues were with communication and maintenance. Communication with management was very poor — it was difficult to get replies most of the time, if any at all. The upstairs WiFi also barely worked and only functioned consistently about 20% of the time. The biggest issue was the upstairs AC unit leaking water badly because it freezes internally. Water would drip onto the floor near the stairs, and I had to keep a towel down to avoid slipping. Definitely something future guests should be careful about until it’s repaired properly. Aside from those issues, everything else was okay overall. If management improves communication and fixes the AC and WiFi problems, the place would be a much better stay."
