"Our stay at the Nesean Plaza was so nice. This stay was a part of our Honeymoon. We got a bottle of champagne and a plate with fresh fruit when we arrived! The staff was very kind. "Fantastic hotel, super relaxing indulgent stay, with a great fresh food selection and a pretty solid drinks menu as part of the all inclusive. Rooms are to a high standard, and the hotel is ideal for couples. Beach club access and drinks included was a nice bonus. Staff really fantastic, also doesn't have the usual all inclusive entertainment team who are trying to get you involved with aquaerobics needlessly everyday which was nice. Plane noise is mentioned in a few reviews, but we really didn't notice it that much and was kinda fun watching them fly in!"

"Hotel was beautiful and in a great location to the port, old town etc. Also had free parking which was a nice bonus. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was much needed respite from the heat. Only items to improve here was a bit of a disconnect between the day reception staff and the night reception staff re: our request for late checkout. Night staff said yes, then the next day, the day staff said no - so it made us scramble last minute to pack everything up. Otherwise - a great stay and would recommend!"

"This villa is amazing! And larger than it looks in the photos. The views are incredible, the villa is huge and the pool is fantastic! We stayed ten days there and loved it. Communication with Maria was brilliant - she answered every query promptly and was so helpful. There is absolutely everything you could possibly need, from bin bags to washing detergent! Wifi was good inside and outside, and there is air conditioning throughout the villa.The villa was immaculate, clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding pristine, all bedrooms fitted with shutters and/or blinds. Plenty of good quality towels were provided for inside and out. Sitting out on the two balconies to watch the beautiful sunsets or relaxing by the pool on one of the many loungers was such a treat. Do note that the pool is deep everywhere (apart from the jacuzzi area), which made for great diving for our two sons. And you really need a car. But all in all, I cannot recommend this villa and its owners highly enough."

Yet when we arrived at 11pm at night (my wife, I, 2 children and the Mother In Law we were told the room wasn’t ready(?!) and they would have to put another bed in a different room so we could all fit in. That led to a half hour delay (not welcome at that time of night with young children) and worse still we would have to move rooms the next day…hotel is good for a city centre location, but that really poor start left a bad taste in the mouth…."
