"The hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of town, walking distance from the train station, from old town, and from the funicular. The room was very comfortable with nice amenities, the breakfast was hearty, and the staff were very pleasant. "

Note however that room air conditioner not working while outside air is "fresh" according to staff, but room was a bit warm so we had to open windows. The only problem with that is the noise all night from the street. Which probably explains why the hotel provides ear plugs next to the bed."

"Great location in Bern near to the train station and right in the centre of Bern's Old Town. The staff were helpful especially Charles who helped with restaurant bookings and other queries. The rooms were nice and cleaned to a a very good standard. I would highly recommend staying here."

"It's just that my bedroom was on the side of a busy street . Very loud so I kept the window closed . When I opened the window, cigarette odor came into my bedroom . With the price i paid, I should not wake up constantly."
