This holiday home offers a great base for a vacation close to the beach, nature, and local activities.
The house is 81 m² and situated on a 670 m² landscaped plot in peaceful surroundings with private parking.
It is well designed with an entrance leading directly to a practical utility room with space for coats and shoes, as well as a washing machine and freezer. Nice tiled bathroom with separate shower. Two good bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. Master bedroom with wardrobes. Impressive kitchen-dining area with high ceilings and sliding door to the covered terrace and garden. Living room with wood-burning stove and access to the garden. As the ceiling follows the roof slope, it allows for an extra feature such as a large and usable loft space for relaxing, playing, or spending time together.
The garden includes a cosy covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue – perfect for lovely holiday moments with the family and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the good weather.
Karrebæksminde is a charming and idyllic fishing village with a marina, ice cream parlour, cosy shops, bars, and popular fish restaurants along the harbour. The Græshoppe Bridge leads to Enø, which offers sandy beaches and unspoiled nature. There are also good shopping options nearby.
Only 10 kilometres to the town of Næstved, which offers history, culture, and shopping.
