Very nice hotel - but prolomg breakfast till 10:00

Nice cozy hotel in town centre - short walking distance to main square, shopping street and two Gothic churches (seemingly always closed)…. Excellent rich breakfast, but ONLY till 9:30 sharp. What a pity. Sewage smell in our bathroom (114) should be fixed. Comfy bed! 👌 Nice small wellness (extra payment). Easy parking.

Beautiful hotel with a variety of amenities like pool sauna gym (included but didn’t have a chance to use) restaurant and wellness center. Great value for money and everything is perfect. One little incident at breakfast, which was great btw, that a waitress was rather rude and wrongly scolded at us for taking a couple packages of jam. Manager was apologetic and clarified that we were allowed to take as many as we like (we didn’t take any anyway) ans handled the mistreatment professionally.

Hotel has a big parking area, which is easy found, but hotel reception itself is hard to be found for a first comer, there was no signs to help you to get there from parking lot, if you have luggage, you are better to leave them in the car, then pick them later, there is some stairs to go reception.

God Hästens seng, men dårlig kvalitet på dyner og puder, som var lavet med syntetisk fiberfyld. Ingen mulighed for ventilation på værelset andet end at åbne vindue eller dør. På sommerdage bliver værelserne ulideligt varme! Indcheckningen var yderst mangelfuld. Vi bliver mødt af en receptionist der åbenlyst har mere travlt med at sidde på sin telefon, end at rejse sig og tage imod os som nye gæster. Der bliver givet fejl information om morgenmadstidspunktet, og manglende information om at drikkevarer i minibaren er inkl. i prisen. Der gives information om at der kan lånes håndklæder og badekåber, og da vi ville hente et par badekåber, bliver vi først der informeret om, at det koster yderligere 50 kr. pr. badekåbe. Derudover gives der heller ikke information om, at man selv skal stå for at informere om rengøring hvis man ønsker det, når opholdet er mere end 1 døgn. Opsummeret er vi meget skuffet over manglende service og værtskab. Skuffende morgenmad! Udvalget af brød var fryserundstykker der er blevet varmet op og blevet seje, eller et tørt lyst franskbrød. Scramble-eggs var tørre, pølserne var ikke ordentligt ristet og bacon var enten slatten eller overstegt og sejt. Udvalget af frugt varierede (også blot i løbet af en time). Fadene var halvtomme allerede kl. 9. Samlet set vil vi vurdere, at dette hotel overhovedet ikke levede op til forventningerne og den høje pris, sammenlignet med at det er et 4-stjernet hotel. Det bliver ikke en anbefaling eller et gensyn herfra.
