As I checked in, they were showing off that our room isn’t clean yet. It was around an hour until the room was clean and as I walked in, I smelt such a stinging scent and could feel dust everywhere. The air conditioner wasn’t working. My kids shared a bedroom of a triple bunk which had insects on it and was insanely hard to get on, I’m not satisfied with the service at all. Not recommended.

Stayed for one night. Single mother with two kids. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds and shower great. Had trouble connecting to wifi resulting in a tantrum. Parking was narrow but ok. Pool was fantastic. Kids loved playground with trampoline. Would stay again.

Fairly basic but clean and comfortable the pool area is beautiful. BBQ\Camp kitchen was lovely and clean. Easy booking and check in and check out.

We had a wonderful stay at Crestview. It was comfortable, clean, beds were very comfortable and all our needs were met by this wonderful place. It is close to the airport and shopping facilities. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever in Canberra again.

Family Villa offered to us was in very bad condition. Lounge and dinning chairs have spill marks all over with few spiders waiting… Rooms were very small in size and shower was so small that it was struggle to pickup the dropped soap bar. No conditioner and shampoo was provided. Bedsheets had hairs on them. Sorry to say but I would not recommend anyone this accomodation…

Initially was unable to gain access to the property. No access code was sent through via email or SMS message. To make matters worse there was a written apology for this in the email we received but no explanation on how to make contact with reception. After ringing a phone number listed on the email booking confirmation correspondence the message said that we were calling after hours and to call back during business hours. A second option on the phoner menu was given to press the number 2 if there was an emergency which we did and the message instructed us to hang up and ring triple 0 . After trying all options available on the phone menu on about the 3rd attempt the phone diverted after the instruction to ring triple 0 and someone was able to help us by releasing the key to our room remotely in the key dispenser. All in all this was a very difficult and stressful scenario which we found most unsatisfactory.

Cabin was a bit "tired" could do with a bit of maintenance. Security Door difficult to open and close, sliding door to bedroom extremely noisy when opening, bathroom tile off near shower, shower floor slippery and in need of a really good clean.

This place was terrible. There was cigarette burns in the bathroom sink. The fly screen didn’t close because it’s been bashed in. There’s mouldy spots all over the outside of the cabin. It smelled terrible, even the cutlery draw was dirty. The TV just stopped working so we went without it. WiFi? What WiFi?? It never worked once for more than 15 seconds. Weird stains on the roof. Sheets made me itchy. Don’t bother with this place.
