"To be honest, I knew the apartment was dated but it didn't appear very clean either. For example, the bed linens seemed worn and old, the bathroom (shower) smelled moldy, the trash wasn't taken out in the kitchen, and the bathroom towels smelled bad. The fridge did not work for us after plugging it in, the bathroom towels were not full length towels (but rather hand towels), the WIFI was unreliable. "Très bel hôtel, le hall est parfumé d'une douce odeur et ce, tout le temps. Notre chambre 202 était près de l'ascenseur. Chambre pas très grande mais possédant 2 fenêtres qui s'ouvrent. Plancher chauffant dans la sdb un must. Hôtel très silencieux et paisible. Bar/terrasse sur le toit au 6e mais le bar fermé le dimanche; tjrs possible d'aller s'y asseoir. Pas de cafetière ds les chambres les moins dispendieuses mais on peux aller prendre un café le matin au 5e si on ne prend pas le buffet-déjeuner. On nous le sers gratuitement avec croissant. Nous avons simplement donner 5€ de pourboire. On a aussi eu une place de stationnement en face de l'hôtel ds les lignes bleues; sans frais vu que nous y étions durant une fds. Je recommande ce bel hôtel 😉😊."

"Absolutely — for Hotels.com I’d make it warm and personal, but fairly concise. Here’s a polished version for Rose Bled: We had a wonderful stay at Rose Bled. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made us feel very well looked after throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice and everything we tried was delicious. We also really appreciated the thoughtful service when we had an early train to catch and would miss breakfast. The hotel kindly prepared a lunch box for us to take with us, which was such a lovely touch. Our room had a fantastic balcony with a beautiful view over Lake Bled, including Bled Castle and the church. A lovely hotel with genuinely friendly staff, great food and a beautiful setting. We really enjoyed our time at Rose Bled and would happily stay here again. I think this strikes the right balance for Hotels.com — positive and genuine without sounding like an advert."

"Such a quaint and charming hotel, and our huge family sized hotel room was perfect after being cramped in a small room on a boat. Our room was on the top floor and it had tall, vaulted ceilings and many windows, the bathroom is huge, shower, water pressure with perfect, ,and with the two extra twin beds created a lot more space. We did not need the extra beds, but certainly enjoyed the king size comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and two nights in a row we were tired of eating out, and they brought the dinners and wine to our room to enjoy on the coffee table and comfy chairs. The room has a smart TV so we were able to watch Netflix lol (by this point on our vacation, we had gone out to dinner many, many times and just needed a break). The breakfast buffet was large and perfect for our tastes… It had yogurt, berries, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, all kinds of fixings for the yogurt, breads, and I’m sure a lot more that I overlooked. They will also cook to order other kinds of eggs, My husband really enjoyed the cappuccino and macchiato every morning that they made fresh. I enjoy teas and they had a good selection of herbal and caffeinated teas. I definitely recommend eating at the hotel for dinner at least once because it was delicious! And they have a pretty good wine selection. As with many hotels, there are no elevators, but that was not a problem for us even being on the third floor. I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely stay there again."
