"Clean and courteous "

"Looks like no plowing or shovelling has been done. No ice melt. It is very dangerous with tje snow and ice cover sidewalk and parking lot."

"The only slight negative is that the parking garage is not connected to the hotel by a walkway, but other than that, everything was great."

"very nice and clean property. beds were very comfy. parking, a breeze. check-in was quick and easy; employee was friendly and welcoming. the gentleman that works the breakfast area was very pleasant and helpful - he went above and beyond...i asked if there was ice in their service area, and he said no but offered to go get me some...we don't see that kind of service anymore. would def return and recommend."

"I have stayed here in the past, and it seemed that the rooms have been updated. Ours was very clean with a large TV that was great for watching a little football. We also made use of the pool, hot tub, and sauna in the morning and everything was clean and in good working order. Since we had small children with us, a definite plus was having Santa in the lobby for some family photos. We enjoyed our stay!"
