Very nice stay
Property could use some TLC, but overall pretty nice. Our only real complaint is the traffice noice. Major road that makes sleeping tough at times. The unit is centrally located to things to see and lanai view is awesome.

Kauai at its best
Great location close to airport and many local places to eat. 3 flights of stairs clearly in description so not a surprise. Self check in. Parking easy. AC in bedroom worked great . Windows and patio doors open in living area let in a breeze but it was not cool air. Fans in living room and bathroom a great help. Washer and dryer a bonus. Plenty of supplies to run dishwasher, wash dishes and washing machine a plus . Plenty of beach extras chairs towels came in very handy. A great stay for the 3 of us for 6 days. View was amazing we even saw a sea turtle from the balcony . Pool was also clean and beautiful landscaping . 100 % recommend

Amazing Rental!
We had the best time staying at this rental. The location is perfect and not too far to do day drives to the north or south part of the island and is walking distance to a shopping/restaurant area plus the beach! The rental included some beach supplies which were much appreciated! The AC in the bedroom was perfect with the high humidity and heat so we got a comfy nights rest each night. Highly recommend!

Nice place
The view was beautiful! The apartment has everything you need plus beach gear. However, it is pretty warm in general due to lack of breeze even with patio doors open. There is a nice AC unit in the bedroom that keeps you cool at night. Grills are in pretty rough shape and I only got one of them to turn on. The pool is beautiful but in the back of the building so no ocean views. Beach is also nice but not maintained, lots of driftwood. The old coco palms resort is nearby and very abandoned/run down. Overall happy with our stay but next time will probably spend a little more on something a little further north. Staff was amazing and on the ball.

Great place to stay
First time visiting Hawaii and we really loved this location. Close to beaches and restaurants. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. No complaints and would definitely stay here again

More beauty outside than inside.
Condo needs renovation. Minimum dishes & utensils required frequent dish washing. Bed was very comfortable but bedroom got lots of highway & gas station noise. Best spot to sleep was in the living room listening to the ocean.

Exactly as promised
We were delighted with our stay at this unit. The lanai overlooked the pounding waves just as we hoped from the photographs. Although there was some ambient road/highway noise in the bedroom, it was over-ridden by the sound of the surf. The unit had everything we needed for our stay and the in-unit washer/dryer was a great convenience. Thanks for a truly great and relaxing stay!

Beautiful ocean view to the east, busy road view and homeless on beach below
Overall we had an enjoyable visit. The gorgeous lanai sunrises could not be beat. The living furniture was comfortable as was the bed. I despise wicker couches! The unit had some updates but is in dire need of more. The new toilet wasn’t installed properly and the handle broke off. My husband is handy and fixed it promptly. Also the bedroom doorknob was falling off, again my husband fixed it. It’s like we never left home, he had his “honey-do” list. The lanai is oceanfront which makes for a beautiful view one way, just don’t look the other way or you view a busy road and the homeless on the beach below. The final night we were there we returned to our unit only to find our entry code didn’t work. We were locked out in our beach clothes. We immediately phoned Cindy with premier Kauai the property management on the “emergency” line and got no answer. We had a dinner reservation (it was our 20th wedding anniversary) and wanted to clean up. We ended up calling Cindy well over 10 times when she finally picked up and helped us get in. Unfortunately we missed our dinner reservation by then. Honestly, I was hoping for some sort of acknowledgement as when we booked the form had asked if this was a special occasion so I stated yes and explained. There wasn’t any sort of special note or welcome when we arrived. In comparison when we stayed in a condo in Kona, the owners had a note and a bottle of wine and coffee for us when we arrived and it wasn’t even a special occasion when we stayed there. It’s not expected but it sure is nice when owners appreciate your business. We booked the Kona condo 2 years in a row, not sure I would rebook this one. The actual location of the condo was wonderful as it was midway and a short drive to most attractions. The condo has mostly positives with some issues to consider when booking.

Great Stay in Kauai
We had an amazing stay at the property, was exactly as described in the description and had no issues at all. The view from the patio is fantastic and the AC kept the bedroom cool all night, and as long as the vents are open the whole apartment stays cool. As description states there is no elevator and this is on the third floor so be aware when booking. Location makes it an easy drive to get anywhere on the island and walking distance to some shops and restaurants. There are also chairs and umbrellas to use provided by the hosts, and we left some pool floats for future guests to use.

Ok, but noisy
The pluses: location was by a swim fun beach with moderate waves; the kitchen was very well equipped, and it was a nice bonus to have so many cooking spices and oils; the balcony was wonderful with the views and the little side coffee bar. The minuses: tough place to sleep - as the noise from highway 56 was annoying, we never slept past 6:15 am; coffee pot was broke, with the only way to make coffee was manually inserting a knife into the filter holder to keep the flow of water going,; the TV cable remote was not functional - although the streaming devices worked; the electrical that controlled the bedroom and living room was cross wired - so when we turned on or off one room, the other room would also respond.

There are no electrical issues in the condo it is a frequency issue with the remote that we have resolved. Wonderful view!
We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and ready for us. The view is phenomenal. Couch was comfortable. Appreciated having beach chairs and umbrella to use at the beach. Only suggestions would be to do some small upgrades in the condo: cabinets are old especially in the kitchen (one of the doors was coming off hinge). Also, both sets of sheets for bed were old and worn out. Would be nice to have newer sheets to sleep on. Also, shampoo/soap holder in shower is rusted and old (replacing that would just look better). Thanks!

Nice condo with an awesome view
The condo was clean and well equipped, and we enjoyed the view from our lanai and hearing the soothing sounds of the ocean. It could use some updates, such as the old louvered windows in the bedroom that did not close tight, and it was a bit noisy being so close to the main road through town. Cindy’s customer service and communication were outstanding, and she responded to my emails in a timely manner. We enjoyed sitting by the pool with many types of beautiful plants and flowers. Our one and only complaint is the building does not have an elevator, which is not stated in the description, and being on the third floor meant several trips up and down three flights of stairs. Good exercise but not easy carrying our luggage up and down the stairs. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What a View
The view from this condo is unbelievable. The unit was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of towels and the in-unit washer/dryer were a real help. Lots of other extras (beach chairs, coolers, etc). Some of the finishes are a bit dated but we weren't there for a HGTV remodel! Cindy was very responsive to any questions. Only negative is that the unit is pretty close to a busy road. Need to run the bedroom AC to drown it out. But in the living area all you can hear is the waves!

Would stay again
We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, extra bedding, etc. we didn’t realize until our last day that there are binoculars in the basket under the tv and some books with local history under the coffee table- that would have been nice to know. Maybe that info could be in the welcome book, especially with whales visible right outside. We loved waking up and drinking coffee and watching the beautiful sunrise. The location offers easy access to the highway. However, there’s quite a lot of road noise. We quickly learned that running the air conditioner at night drowns out much of that noise. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Nice Kauai condo
This condo was very clean, and in a great location in Kauai. The property is a little older, which I had expected. There were a few things in the listing that are not correct. This property was listed as having a king bed, but it is a queen. Also, the pictures are obviously dated. The view from the patio is wonderful, however in the pictures in the listing, there was a line of trees/bushes behind the beach. Since those pictures, those trees have been removed and what you see is the main road (very busy). The sliding doors to reach the patio were also very difficult to open and close. We found these to be small issues, but it would be nice if the listing was updated to be accurate.

The bed is a king as we just bought king sheets and bedspread for it. The owner is in the process of replacing the sliding glass door as that is also a concern we share. We hope you enjoyed Kauai. Spectacular view and central location
We spent our first three nights on Kauai at this property. It was a convenient location to do our shopping (Costco, Walmart, Safeway, etc.) for the rest of the time we were on island. The views of Wialua Bay from this 3rd floor condo and the sounds of the ocean and surf were amazing. One caution - You'll need to carry everything up to the 3rd floor as there's no elevator. During the day the breeze kept us comfortable, but it was also nice to have A/C in the bedroom for sleeping. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone flying into Kauai.

The view from the balcony is exceptional! Ocean and mountains greeted us every day, and the beach next to the complex had the softest sand! The unit was slightly wider than we expected, which gave it a roomy feel. The pool is refreshing and well maintained. You do hear some noise from the pool in the bedroom but we never heard neighbors in the living room, which was really nice! The appliances are a little rustic, but we found that to be typical for the area. It's extremely well positioned to get around to shops and restaurants. We stayed for a month and wish we could have stayed longer! Best of all the communication with the owners was top notch. They responded very quickly and gave us a late checkout as well. Very accommodating!

Wonderful one bedroom spot on the top floor on the Wailua complex. Deck has a phenomenal view of the ocean and you can even hear the waves at night as you go to sleep. The kitchen and bathrooms were functional for a long term stay. Finishes are on the older side but had no issues.

Love this condo, especially the deck!!
We had been planning this trip for over a year and were extremely happy with our choice of this Wailua Bayview Condo. It is the perfect setup for two adults. It is dated, as others have noted, but the bed and living room furniture were very comfortable. The condo is well equipped for whatever you need or wish to do. And the view from the deck is fantastic. On the first day alone we saw a lovely sunrise and multiple breaching whales. In addition there were lots of surfers that kept us entertained. The beach is right under your nose and made for lovely morning walks. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short by the coronovirus, as we chose to leave the island early. This was our first visit to the island of Kauai and we barely got to enjoy it. So we will be back to the island and we will be booking this condo again. Mahalo for a lovely experience.

This is a very nice condo in a terrific area. We enjoyed watching the kite surfers outside our windows. The unit provided quick access to all our desired activities. While washer/dryer was not functional, management got a repairman there quickly. Unfortunately his replacement board was also bad and the unit was not repaired before we left. They did give us a discount for compensation so we were satisfied. Overall we were very satisfied.

The unit we were in was "tired".
Have stayed in this condo building three times - different units each time. We love the location and view! This unit needed 'fixing up." Window blinds did not work well; sliders were not sliding easily (one screen fell off the slider); window openers in living room did not work; washing machine did not work. We checked in on a Sat. and reported the washing machine problem problem. Washer repair person showed up Monday and said a part needed to be ordered. We left 8 days later with no resolution of the problem. The management company for this unit - Premier Kauai Vacation Rentals - was very responsive and did what they could to assist us. Even took our laundry out and did it overnight and offered to do it again if needed. We believe the issue here is that the owners need to have someone come in and fix up the unit.

We do our best to get appliances fixed as soon as possible and offer above service if they fail. This is not something we can control. We never had complaints about the blinds and something that the owner can take a look at as well. Amazing location
So many great things to say about this property. It was perfectly clean and well-stocked with kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, and beach supplies. The AC was great for sleeping as it was a little more humid than we had expected. The bed is so comfy. The views are great - we saw sea turtles, wind surfers, and foil surfers all from our balcony. The location is excellent. We could walk to a few restaurants and there is also a bunch of shopping within walking distance. Only 20” from the Lihue airport. The property manager is awesome and helpful. I would highly recommend this unit!

Great property
The unit is slightly dated, but was very well appointed. The location is unbeatable on the island, halfway between the North and South areas. Too bad about all the road construction creating traffic jams, but everyone is pretty patient and turning left wasn't a problem. I highly recommend checking out Kapa'a your first day for shopping great eating.

Convenient location
Unit is older and is going to need some updating soon. However, it is well-stocked with most things a vacationer would want/need. I would recommend adding a dish drainer to the kitchen though. The location is convenient for accessing all parts of the island and the balcony looks right out over the ocean. When a pane of glass fell out of the window when I opened the balcony door the first day, the owner/manager responded to my email within minutes. Overall this is a decent unit that just needs a little TLC.

Quiet complex
Good location. Walk to Marketplace and restaurants with ocean views. 40 minute drive to Princeville. An hour to Waimea Canyon. Crystal clear pool. Nice gas bbq’s. Our condo (311) was very clean, comfy bed and washer dryer. Fully stocked with beach gear. Property manager responds quickly with whatever you need. Mahalo, Cindy!

Lovely week
Stayed for a week in June 2019; older unit but had everything we needed for a great vacation. Best part was simply sitting and watching the beach and listening to the waves come in. Location was centrally located for going to the north or the west of the island. Comfortable place and very relaxing!
