Very dirty swimming pool. Filter is broken. All the dirt is just floating around. Tiles are falling off. Room is ok. Carpet needs changing. Old and stained.

I like getting hotels that are part of Expedia VIP, well this was a horrible experience. The first room thst we got had cockraches, so i let them know and was moved to another room where the water was stuck in the sink. The VIP perks of room upgrade or discount were never provided even after letting them know, so i will not stay here again.

I’m very please with my stay at The Three House. Not sure why there so many negative review about this property. Overall staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I ever come back to Kaohsiung for holiday in the future.

The facility of the hotel is fair and totally acceptable with respect to the price charged. However, the choices available for breakfast is very limited. It totally gives you enough room for a second breakfast.

the room was great but we had wished the pool was a bit cleaner, it had a lot of leaves and even a weird plastic thing floating around which made me not want to go in for a swim.

The hotel is having lingering smoke smell. The floor is having little bits and pieces. It looks like the floor has not been vacuum since the last stay.

Nice modern hotel near Liuhe Night Market
Nice and cosy hotel near the subway and Liuhe Night Market. Rooms are of decent size and there’s a cafeteria where they serve breakfast and you can also help yourselves to some free coffee and drinks while waiting to check in. There’s also a small swimming pool at the roof deck where guests can take a dip. There are also a few good eateries nearby where you can try their many varieties of local food at very reasonable prices. Overall we had a pleasant stay in this hotel.

We stay for a day. The bed is comfy and the room is clean. The pool is not very big, but its rare to find it in Kaoshiung city. Perfect for short escape. The breakfast is so so...but enough to full your stomach in the morning

Hotel Staff were great!
Hotel staff voluntarily gave us an introduction to the hotel and walked us all the way to our room, which was two floors up from the main counter. Rooms were great; hotel had an interesting architecture; good breakfast.

The tile on the sink fell off in the middle of the night. My wife and I were startled awake in the middle of the night with a lot crash. The tile around the sink has fallen off and shattered in the batteries floor leaving sharp shards of glass everywhere. There was a moldy baby bottle hiding beside the bed

Great location and modern
Walkable distance to the night market, modern facilities and professional staff. Limited on site parking lots. The buffet breakfast was average though, rooms are relatively small as expected. We had troubles with our hot watering system, however they’ve managed to fix it the next day without any issues.

Clean room, good location, and great service!
Room was clean and spacious enough for two. Breakfast was the same everyday but not terrible. We enjoyed walking around the pool area and the hotel. The DIY projects everywhere were cute as well. Service and staff were very friendly! Location was close to MRT and a few restaurants and beauty shops!

Nice Boutique Hotel near Liuhe Night Market
Nice location, nice boutique hotel. Our room was really pretty. Staff was helpful and accomodating. Nice pool. Hotel is walking distance from Liuhe Night Market. Breakfast buffet had limited choices.

Solid stay. Helpful staff. Great location. Interesting contemporary hotel design. Not a huge fan of the Tree House theme with the artificial bird noises. But it is a memorable design theme and a welcoming feature next to reception desk and hotel restaurant.

hotel's room themes are leaning towards modern industrial. it's above a huge gaming arcade with jackpots machine but there's no noise issue. Pool's not well kept, would not want to have a dip in it. location is walking distance to the train and night market.

Walking distance to Liuhe night market
We took the quadruple room. Like the free WIFI, like the breakfast variety and it is within walking distance (10mins) to Liuhe night market. Do not like the location is next to arcane (noisy in the day) but the main hotel lobby is on level 3 and after 11pm, the arcane would be close so I guess its all right for night stopping.
