"Staff made check in easy and assisted with the check in kiosk. Clean , comfortable, spacious room , 4 twin beds, a table and mini booth/ bench seat for 2, and ottoman foot rest. Would have liked an extra chair. Soft mattresses that made for a good night's sleep. Bathroom tub shower combo was small, and not made for people with broad shoulders or hips. You can grab free toiletries at check in like toothbrush, paste etc. Our room was near the vending machine snd microwave. Good breakfast. Perk: Show your room key to the Haneda Garden shops in terminal 3 near the hotel, and get a discount or a perk from most. They have an onsen but we did not go. This was super convenient for our last night hotel stay for flying out of Haneda at 5pm the next day."
