Walkable to the Ginza area that is full of shopping, dining etc.
The staff really treat you as their house guests and are extremely helpful. Can’t say anything more about how hospitable they are.
We fell in love with the custom Iconic pajamas that they provide in the rooms and it’s a shame they don’t sell them. If they did we would bring back a bunch and forego the rest of duty free shopping that we did…just awesome.
Would definitely return again and again.
