The home is very spacious and will easily fit large groups of 8. The entire home has been remodeled to ensure guests feel right at home.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for anything—from quick breakfasts to full home-cooked meals. You’ll have access to all major appliances, plus pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and cookware for whatever you’re in the mood to make. For coffee lovers, a full coffee bar awaits with multiple brewing options, including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, and pour-over. We’ve also included coffee grounds, creamer, sugar, and a selection of basic cooking spices to make your stay even more comfortable. For added convenience, a half bathroom is located just off the kitchen.
Living Room: Cozy up on the couch and watch your favorite show on the Smart TV, where you'll have access to log into various streaming services. There is plenty of seating to accommodate the whole group!
Bedrooms: The master bedroom has an on-suite full bath with a walk-in shower. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, bedside table, USB charging station, and sound machines. The second bedroom, with large windows allowing for plenty of natural light, has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, bedside table with lamps, and a USB charging station along with additional closet space to unpack! The third bedroom has a queen size bed, as well as a full size day bed, additional closet space, and a TV.
Bathrooms: Both full bathrooms include Tommy Bahama bath products: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. One large towel and one wash cloth will be available for each guest, as well as hand towels and dark make-up cloths for convenient make-up removal.
The exterior of the home has a nice brick patio with a table and chairs for guests to enjoy morning coffee, dinner outside, or a glass of wine and a book.
The main level offers a dining room with a table that seats 6, and a work space if guests are traveling for business. The home features high speed WIFI and a large 55" SMART TV in the living room.
The basement has a washer and dryer for guests to use for free.
Parking: private driveway available that will fit two small vehicles or one large Truck/SUV.

There is a $75 fee for one pet and $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home does not have fenced yard but the neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
