"We really enjoyed our stay for the most part. I did call the front office on night 1 because the air conditioner was soooo loud, we couldn’t sleep. I called the office and they said they would call back in a few minutes after talking to maintenance. The call never came and it was 9:30 with young kiddos so we decide to turn the air off so be could sleep. "Positives: Clean amd comfortable. Bed was comfy and sheets were clean. Pillows are very fluffy. Amenities are very good. Staff was friendly and accomodating. They run their own shuttle to and from airport. Staff told me we can leave vehicles in yheir lot for $8 a day. Soap dispensers are a nice touch. They are not in the right place for the sink, however. "My family totally enjoyed our stay. Check In with Leslie was a breeze. Our rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The bed slept like a dream. Property is clean, renovated and well maintained. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. All staff and guests were friendly and helpful. The Nightly Ghost Tour with Jay is well worth the money spent. We will be back. "

"Embassy Suites is known for quality. The 2-room suite was clean and very comfortable. The atrium is tasteful with immense water features. We stayed during a period of severe t-storms and tornado watches, and felt very safe. Barely heard the thunder. The only thing of note was that the bar and grill was understaffed.
