"Hotel is awesome. It is an extended stay, which has toaster ovens, coffee pots etc to loan out to those that are here for an extended time. Only complaint is the shower has no water pressure, but besides that everything is good. Even got upgraded when we arrived. "

"Hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only issue I had was that there is no daily housekeeping and guests are told to go to the front desk for fresh towels. Casino staff provide a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely stay again."

"I liked that the property was extremely close to Worlds of fun and that I was walking distance away from fast food restaurants!"

"The interior was quite old, rooms do need upgrade, there was only one charging port to a lamp for charging phones unless you plug it to a wall. There was a few guys that got high each night so that created a bit of a noise and smell that bothered us, however without their presence we had restful nights. It would be nice to have bathrooms a bit more spacious. The breakfast was the same everyday for hot items, that was a bit disappointing as I've stayed at other Surestays and they switch them up...

"I was worried because I had booked a room and then read several reviews of people complaining about bed bugs so I was terrified. But I couldn’t get my money back so I went ahead and continued with my reservation, and no bed bugs ! So for that I’m very thankful ! Great location you can walk over to the casino 🎰 "
