**BRING BLANKETS AND TOWELS*** Our stay was wonderful, relaxing and quiet, however we were traveling and booked off Expedia, blankets and towels is something we assumed we included. Wasn't a deal breaker, we enjoyed our cabin and the facilities, we traveled about 20 minutes to a Walmart and grabbed some. Just figured anyone looking ahead would need to know this info!

We are so excited for the summer season!! We love coming to basswoods! We came thursday and left today sadly! We had so much fun we love swimming, riding the golf carts, and love coming to the activities!! Cant wait to come back and enjoy the wonderful environment super super family friendly and the staff is awesome makes you feel just like apart of the family! Will definitely for years to come!!

A close getaway

We had an amazing time! The place was ready for us, when we arrived. Everything was neat and tidy. The staff was kind and attentive. Overall great place to bring the family or just a night away for two.

Nice cabin for a campground. Tons to do with families. Not many options for dining, so bring your own. But the pizza shop is amazing!

We've stayed here multiple times this year. It's a nice change from the average hotel room. However, it's pretty dated and run-down. The rooms could use some updating and deep cleaning. For my most recent stay, the room had clearly not been vacuumed. The deck outside the room is nice but our gas firepit was broken.

Very proffesional, clean, and quite. In the photos, it looks as though the property is small, with 100's of kids running around. However property is very spacious, and kids are greatly welcome and have designated areas for activities. No "over crowding" feel at all
