"暗くなってからの到着でBBQをする場所が分からなかったが、朝明るくなってから外を見ると、建物左側に下に降りる階段があり、そこにBBQスペースがありました。 食器類は揃っていますが、箸は木製なので気になる方は割り箸等持参が良いと思います。食器を洗うスポンジも前の人が使った物を再利用です。歯ブラシは個包装で有りましたが、歯磨き粉は前の人たちと共有の物しか有りません。ボディースポンジもなく、前の人たちと共有のネットタイプの物がありました。脱衣所には着替え等を置く台やカゴは有りません。湯船は追焚き機能は無いので人数が多いと最後の方の人はぬるいお湯になってしまうので注意が必要です。 私は心配性で少し潔癖な所が有るので、上記の事が気になり持参していましたが、気にならない方ならアメニティは全て揃っています。 飲み物などは水道水以外は有りません。山道をグルグル回って行く場所で、近くにコンビニ、スーパー、自販機は無いので、行く前に必要なものを揃えて行くと良いと思います。 今までに泊まった犬が粗相したのか、家の犬も反応してしまい、同じ場所に何度もマーキングしそうになり阻止に苦労しました。"

"キッチンには、食器やなべ、フライパン、ホットプレート、炊飯器などが揃っていて、助かりました。 今回は利用できませんでしたが、外でのバーベキューも楽しかっただろうなと思います。 ツリーハウスは、子供のお気に入りで、 木の香りがして、この中で寝るとよく眠れる言っていました。 おおむね満足ですが、山の中なので夏場でも洗濯物が乾きにくく、乾燥機がないのが 残念でした。"

"Our family had an amazing stay here. Location is very good, near the Lake Yamanaka, Mount Fuji view from the living room, dining room and bathroom. Clean and quiet. Washing machine works well. We arrived late at night, self check-in is convenient. Staff can be reached via tablet video chat. Convenient stores are nearby. Highly recommend! We will definitely book this hotel again next time we travel to Mount Fuji."

"The location is great and very convenient, but unfortunately that’s the only positive. The host never responded to any messages, making communication extremely difficult. The property photos — many items shown are old, broken, or completely unusable. There was no outdoor lighting, and the glasses were dusty and poorly maintained. Wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the location is your only priority.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"

"Great location, beautiful home. Communication was excellent, the beds were comfortable. Great view of Fuji. My only concern would be the mold in the downstairs bathroom. Looks like an outside leak inside the walls coming through. I did notice a mold/musty smell from it and had a couple headaches while staying there. Either from the mold or the storm that came through."
