Beautiful Stay in Kangaroo Valley

What an amazing property. Very well appointed with a great kitchen and super comfortable beds. The gardens are huge. We brought a soccer ball and a frisbee that got us all running around. The golf course over the road was great for an early evening walk to see all the kangaroos. We weren't sure where to get wood for the firepit, but the local Kangaroo Valley policeman gave us the phone number of his friend. A short drive later and we had plenty of wood to keep us going all weekend. To summarize, this is the perfect property for a family stay. Thank you.

Girls Getaway
We had a wonderful long weekend at Marden Meadows. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Gorgeous outlook, and while we didn't spot the resident wombat, we enjoyed seeing the kangaroos come down each evening. The house was warm and cosy for a windy weekend. An easy drive or walk to the Golf Club and a short drive into Kangaroo Valley main street. Would highly recommend!

If you want quiet, and calm and Rejuvenation in a perfect green setting, this is your place. We’ve stayed twice in winter and it is just perfect. Small children will enjoy it, ours do.

From the accommodation to the location, it was simply breath taking!!! Can not fault this property. Photos definitly do not do it any justice. If it could be my forever home I wouldnt complain. Location is spectacular. We will definitly book again for our family getaway and I will return for a girls trip also 😁😁 Dealing with the owner was simple and smooth. Thank you for a seamless process. Only recommendation, better cleaning of kitchen sink prior to new tenants, as the smell of bacon was evident, and we never ate bacon.

Absolutely Gorgeous!
We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Marden Meadows. The property had everything we needed, the serenity and views are just spectacular, truly relaxing. The house has a lovely, homely feel, a home away from home! Chris is a wonderful host, we had to reschedule our booking a few times due to personal circumstances and he was so accommodating and considerate to the situation, it was greatly appreciated by my family. I would absolutely recommend staying there, I know we will be back again!

This place was just perfect, we went for a girls R&R getaway and it was so relaxing and amazing. The house and property were more than we expected and everything was so lovely. Honestly the photos don’t do it justice. The fire pit was amazing. 10/10 recommend, will definitely be back!

The moment we stepped up to the front door, the relaxation mode kicked in! What an amazing home. Everything was impeccable! Spotlessly clean, attention to detail, beautiful warm furnishings … nothing overlooked. We had an amazing stay. Chris was fantastic and as a Host could not be faulted for the tiniest detail. Fabulous
6 older widow ladies, who were down, being alone and getting old; Covid Lockdown being the “straw that broke the camels back”. Our trip and stay in the Kangaroo Valley accommodation made us like flowers blooming. We had so much fun, especially continuous chatting, as ladies do in the living area, around the dining table and fire pit, watching movies and playing games and cards. We had some lovely cooks and beautiful meals, and slept well. You might need a knife sharpener though as a suggestion, paper towel and tissues. Rubbish bin in the main bathroom and toilet or powder room would also be nice. Just being picky and a padt motel owner. Thank you for our stay.

Mums 80th birthday weekend
Cannot believe how accomodating Chris was we had a minor hiccup in regards to gas bottle and he drove all the way down to fix it and offered to buy us all dinner. I will definitely be back. My family had the most relaxing stay and the house is beautiful and beds amazing

Wonderful weekend getaway
We had the most amazing weekend at this property, the house is beautiful and spacious, surrounded by stunning views. It was great for the kids too, lots of games to play, fire pit for toasting marshmallow and beautiful little creek on the edge of the property to explore.

Six of us stayed 2 nights while attending a wedding in the Valley. We were all well accommodated and had a lovely time in a beautiful property. Kangaroo Valley is a great place to spend a few days. Our host Chris made everything so nice even putting fresh cut flowers in the kitchen.

We had a beautiful time at this property and managed to see wallaby’s and wombat. The kids loved exploring the backyard and creek as well as sitting around the fire. We will be back. We spent the day canoeing which the kids loved. Would recommend this property for a great weekend away. The kids didn’t want to leave the house.

This property is even better than the pictures. The location is absolutely stunning, set in tranquil countryside with picturesque views from every outlook. The house is warm, very clean and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the giant bathtub was nice for a long soak. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor firepit and our children enjoyed playing in the expansive yard. The owner was very responsive to all of our needs and requests both before and during our stay. Our stay at Kangaroo Valley was more than we could have hoped for. Everything was so well prepared for a holiday stay and the yard was just perfect for two young kids. The ping-pong table and darts board also also great for some fun times. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

A beautiful stay at Kangaroo Valley
Beautiful property in a wonderful location. Great for a family getaway with lots of space for the kids to run around and explore the garden. There were visitors from the nearby farm - curious cows over the fence and kangaroos relaxing on the golf course across the road. The property owner was very nice and set up a Christmas tree for our stay. Would love to stay there again.
