"Friendly and very helpful staff. Our sons shared a room in which the air conditioning was ineffective and it was very b hot. Altho we mentioned it to the staff, nothing was done to rectify the situation."

"Great hotel with many facilities. Lots of pools, nice spa, great gym and nice grounds. The restaurants are good and many options. Unfortunately they don’t label the foods in the buffet well. This makes it hard for vegans, people with allergies etc, I am sure they could do a little better on this! "

"We spent a very enjoyable 3 days here. The hotel is on the shoreline with a wonderful sandy beach a few minutes walk away. Chania old town is a 25 minute bus ride away with cheap frequent buses from pretty much outside the hotel. "
