This was my second stay at this hotel. I would recommend a stay there in a heart beat. The staff is amazing and totally dedicated to making your stay that much better.

Such a great property. The staff was so friendly and offered daily housekeeping. Cafe attached to the hotel is amazing! Breakfast 7-10am for either 180 or 200 baht. Close to JEATH museum, bridge on the river Kwai, jewelry stores, small market. Taxis always parked across the street for easy transportation. Could not recommend the hotel more. If I ever am back in Kanchanaburi, I would definitely stay here again.

Great property to spend a couple of days in Kanchanaburi to visit the Bridge On The Kwai, JEATH museum, Commonwealth War Cemetery etc. Just two minute walk from the bridge itself (and also railway and bus stations). Big clean well appointed room and friendly helpful staff. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Good location and basically good cleanliness. Let down by a few things- breakfast chicken had been pre cooked and over heated- sanitaryware not as clean as it could have been. Bus that reception booked was of poor condition- and driver wasn’t particularly safe. On the whole relatively good value7/10

The property was as advertised- clean, comfortable, good WiFi and excellent staff. There was not much commercial activity or restaurant choices after 18:30-19:00.

Excellent location, 100 meters from the River Kwai bridge, very well kept property and extremely clean room. Friendly staff, free loaner bicycles. Great place to stay.

Room was basic but good. Electrical outlet was built into the center of the headboard, which seemed like a fire risk. Pool was quiet, and rooms were generally accessible. Pool required three steps to use.

The hotel staff made it a fantastic stay. The hotel is older but good. Breakfast was awesome.....the staff gave fruit while you waited and always asked if I wanted more. They got me a motorcycle at the same rate as the street .....no hassle.....just done. Thank you to the staff!

Wonderful staff and a lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, large size room, clean and quiet at night. Staff was amazing, I didn’t get her name, she arranged a moped to be dropped off at the hotel, arranged pick up from hotel by mini van back to Bangkok. Suggested nice Thai restaurant and Thai night market. Couldn’t fault the staff at all..made for a more enjoyable stay. Hotel 2 minute Walk from train stop at the bridge..so if you coming from Bangkok..stay on train until the bridge and then get off.

Great location 5 minute Tuk Tuk from train station one minute walk to the Bridge and a slew of restaurants and attractions. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant has some really good food. Tours are offered there and transportation is readily available.

The hotel is good enough for the area. The ala carte style breakfast was great. You should avoid the western style options and go for the local ones like their omelette. The hotel's location is in walking distance to many of the tourist spots such is the River Kwai Bridge and the JEATH museum. Note though that as the receptionists might not be as good in English, just make sure that you be patient and double confirm all sources of info received.

The property is very centrally located to many attractions in Kanchanaburi, the war museum, the bridge over the river Kwai, souvenir shops and many restaurants. The breakfast is not a buffet but, you can pick as much as you want to eat from the menu. I would stay here again.

A very nice clean hotel with friendly staff. If i have one reservation about it would be that the breakfast is not the best in the world and they should look to improve the standard of it

Its a very nice hotel but its location is pretty bad. Other than the river kwai and the few resturants around it there is nothing to do and even thise close by 6 pm

Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback! It's depend what are you interesting to do. Night market 2 km from hotel located. Bridge On river Kwai and several restaurant s are 200 m. same as street food near by Bridge but they will be gone around 6 - 7.00 PM. Room service also available until 8.30 PM by hotel restaurants which provide Thai & European food. If you are not comfortable, there are also the food near by not more than 2 km. following Mae nam Kwai Rd. ( Bagpack st.) which appear with Thai, Yisan, Vegan, pizza, bar etc. Please note: Hotel has free bicycle rental service buy need to reserve before 6.00 PM =)

This Hotel was superb in every respect. Great location, great room, perfectly clean, free bikes, very friendly helpful staff. Went the extra mile by providing bagged breakfasts for me on the two mornings that I left early before the breakfast restaurant opened. I cannot praise them more highly. Well done and thanks.

The hotel is near new. Its got a family run vibe about it. Well out of town but right next to the railway bridge and museum. Super loud air conditioning and no tea or coffee in the room.
