Comfortable stay at a value price

Comfortable stay in Kanazawa, at a very reasonable price. The room was a bit cramped, but that's not surprising once I learned how hotels are typically structured in most Japanese cities.

Spacious Hotel close to the JR Station

This was our best hotel on our 2 wk Japanese Holiday It was spacious with a separate bath/toilet. Modern and plenty of room around the beds.

Great, economic hotel I’d definitely stay at again

Great location a short walk from Kanazawa Station & near multiple restaurants & convenience stores. Compact but well laid-out room that maximized usable space. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Plentiful, pick-your-own amenities in the lobby right by the elevators.

Hotel was very convenient - just down the street from the train station and very walkable to everything I wanted to see. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. I did not have the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The room was pretty big by Japanese standards. They had plenty of toiletries you could grab if needed, also. The only thing I thought was a little odd was they had specified cleaning days every three days (which is fine), but they didn’t have the normal “do not disturb”/“no cleaning needed” signs that most hotels have. I usually like my room left alone and I probably could have told them at the front desk, but ended up just letting them clean it. Other than that, everything was perfect and would stay again if in Kanazawa.

This is quiet little hotel on a sidestreet. The staff could not have been nicer. My roon was small and a little basic (no TV , but then I don't speak Japanese) comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood is full of small izakayaand places to explore. Thet have free sake tastings in the evening. I enjoyed my stay.

Very nice hotel close to station

Located about 3 blocks from Kanazawa station. Very nice and spacious room. Good area with lots of shopping, restaurants and transportation options.You can purchase breakfast. Had a bit of an issue with the room charges but were able to resolve it.

Don’t pay for the robot!

Excellent location close to the centre of Osaka. Absolutely loved the robots on check I but the robot in the room needs to be binned, honestly Alexa is so much better. Can’t believe that they charged £10 extra per room for that £1 shop reject
