"Loved our stay. It’s next to the largest mall Lulu mall and offers buggy service. The staff prateek( from utttarkhand) in the breakfast looked after us so well - incredible service and displayed Marriott hospitality- went out of the way to serve us. The pool was excellent and so well maintained and spa service is highly recommended- the gym trainer was excellent. Overall 5 stars. "

"Good location for Ernakulam town station, good air conditioning and nice little roof top pool. Lots of places to eat nearby but we also used hotels restaurant which was v good and cheap too. Wi-Fi hit n miss but ok. Rooms getting tired but comfortable bed and helpful staff."

"The front desk and staff were excellent. The room did not have fresh linen when we checked it, and the bedding had stains and was not fresh. The front desk was courteous and changed the bedding with fresh linen on our request. The restaurant is nice, the location is convenient, and overall the property and staff are very good. "
