Makaiwa Bay is protected by a cove where swimmers and snorkelers enjoy the calm waters. Mauna Lani has a two world famous golf courses, shops, restaurants, gourmet grocery stores and luxury hotels.  Kalāhuipua'a has interesting walking trails, eco ponds, fish ponds and historic petroglyphs.  Enjoy the turtle sanctuaries and snorkeling at Makaiwa Bay beach.

Kulalani is a quiet gated townhouse community located in the Mauna Lani Resort, in the Kohala Coast of Hawaii. - If booking over both Christmas and New Year's, a 10 night stay is required.
- If not staying for both holidays, check-in and check-out must fall between December 26–29.
