So seeking Expedia customer service and was a same result that hotel no pick up. So ibforce myself to make one more night booking and few minutes the hotel call me. "No lift. For those whom always having problem to climb the stairs like myself, this was a real negative setback. No remote control for the aircond, you have to live with it if you can't cope with cold. But the hotel personnel was great, they will try to help you on anything u need."
