"We got the Vana villa with pool, after a mix up which gave us the garden view albeit with a small upgrade charge. Reasonable and worthwhile. The place was serene and peaceful. The villa was clean and neat. Bath tub was a bit problematic, only used once and was clogged. The pool within the villa was used the most. The whole resort was clean, if you stroll by the villas, you can note a very tightly run ship with regards to cleaning and maintenance. Food was outstanding. We did not leave the...

"A new hotel. Barely 8 months from day of opening. Very good hotel & quite close to food outlets & amenities. I was n the family room & very comfortable for 4 persons. Unfortunately no breakfast provided as cafe is yet to operate."

"Good - Checking in n out are so fast and no hassle at all. Room clean but no window at all. Aircond cold Bad - Bedsheet got stain, toilet got smell if the ventilator is not on, the pipe at the sink is wobbly and not easy to turn it on. No TV channel except YouTube movies."

We had spacious room and the bathroom was reasonably clean with no hand soap and broken shampoo bottle and 1/3 rd of toilet paper roll. The reception desk staff were rude, and clueless. "One of the must try accomodation in malaysia, the resort feel that i cant forget, view from the balcony is astonishing, especially the sunset. The white linen is clean, they also provide toothbrush & iron board which is beyond my expetation, i have try few operator in timurbay for my stay but i would say this is no 1.Their attention into details is adorable. The pool is superb,you can enjoy the sunset inside their infinity pools by the beach. "
