WEIL Hotel

WEIL Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Alan at the front counter was so nice and friendly as well as all other staff even the bell man and the staff helping us open the connecting door. The hotel i heard is dated but amazingly feels new and clean. Super spacious, infinity pool was huge and no one was swimming there the 4 times we swam! Free breakfast and siu yeh was excellent. The fact that they have a Ipoh coffee machine is just making me want to take another 15 hour flight and 2 hour car ride just to go to the hotel and stay honestly. 2 minutes walk to family mart when we were jet lagged at 2am. Direct access to the huge mall with everything you need. 5 minutes walk to local 188 food center and a ton to see nearby. I don't know another reason to stay elsewhere in Ipoh honestly."

Frequently asked questions

What is the best area to stay in Kampung Changkat Belangkor?
The best area to stay in Kampung Changkat Belangkor is within the few established resorts and guesthouses located near the main attractions.

For families, staying at a resort that offers a range of activities and amenities is ideal. Many resorts here are situated close to the Sungai Klah Hot Springs Park, allowing for easy access to its various pools and facilities. These resorts often provide family-friendly chalets or villas, some with private dipping pools, and usually have on-site dining options, making for a convenient and relaxing stay.

Couples looking for a peaceful escape will find guesthouses or smaller, more intimate resorts a good fit. These are often located in quieter, more secluded spots, sometimes with views of the surrounding natural landscape.
When is the best time to go to Kampung Changkat Belangkor?
The best time to go to Kampung Changkat Belangkor is during the dry season, which typically runs from May to September.

During these months, you'll experience less rainfall and plenty of sunshine, making it ideal for outdoor activities and exploring the natural beauty of the area. The drier conditions mean clearer skies for stargazing, which is a popular activity given the village's rural setting.

Couples looking for a relaxing retreat will appreciate the pleasant weather, great for leisurely walks and enjoying the peaceful surroundings without the interruption of heavy downpours. The drier ground also means easier access to hiking trails and waterfalls.

For families, the dry season offers the best conditions for children to play outdoors and engage in activities like fishing or visiting local farms.
