"Hotel not very clean especially the toilet , cockroach can be seen around the floor , air conditioning are not adjustable , the only good things the staff willing to cooperate and the hot water working very well. And also Oyo and Expedia are giving the worst service especially about system management , a lot of problem happened during my check in because of system the problem especially about the price. If you looking for hotel to stay for a few days or holiday , i wouldn't not recommend it ."

"Sound proofing of the rooms need to be greatly improved. Our rooms were upgraded 1 tier to the Superior Queen. These rooms come with balcony facing the main streets which are extremely noisy even during the wee hours as there are cars and bikes with modified exhaust zooming by. It could be as simple as replacing the old wooden door leading to the balcony with ones that are properly sealed."

"Gee Tatt, Muin and Osman were excellent hosts. They were welcoming, friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed interacting with the orang asli that lived in the area. Muin demonstrated to us how they used blowpipes and traps to hunt. It was a very enlightening and educational experience. Coming from a very hectic and stressful city environment, the soothing sounds of the waterfall and nature really helped to refresh us. We enjoyed the different varieties of breakfast every morning.
