The best time to go to Kampong Loba Kara is during the dry season, which typically runs from April to September.

During these months, you'll experience less rainfall and more sunshine, making it ideal for exploring the natural beauty of the region. This period offers comfortable conditions for outdoor activities like jungle trekking, river cruises, and visiting local villages. It's superb for travellers who want to maximise their time outdoors without the interruption of heavy downpours.

While the dry season is generally preferred, the shoulder months of March and October can also be good, often presenting a balance of pleasant weather and fewer crowds. These months might see occasional rain showers, but they are usually brief and still allow for plenty of exploration. This can be a good option for those looking for a slightly more relaxed pace.
